Driving instructor pay rises 36 per cent in five years

If you’ve ever considered becoming a driving instructor now may be a better time than ever.

Figures revealed this week show that their salary has jumped from £11.04 to £14.97 an hour on average from 2008 to 2013.

That’s a 36% inflation-busting jump over just five years.
